Patsy Sears - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships.
You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, ensuring excellent customer service and long-lasting relationships with our clients.

About the Role:- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations through proactive marketing of relevant products and services.
- Manage client relationships and grow our agency through meaningful interactions.
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs and effectively relate to customers.

$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
