About the Job:
We're seeking a Brand Community Manager to join our team at Arcaea. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our brand ambassadors, influencers, and customers. You'll work closely with our social media marketing team to develop and execute community-building strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute community-building strategies across all social media platforms
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and impact
Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of our community-building initiatives using data-driven insights
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or community management
Proven track record of success in building strong relationships and driving engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
