As a Healthcare Provider Support Specialist, your role will involve guiding patients through the understanding of advanced therapeutic options, including TMS and Ketamine therapies.
Important Consideration: This position may involve interactions with patients experiencing severe emotional distress, which could be challenging for some individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for information on TMS and Ketamine therapies, with comprehensive training provided.
- Manage the patient roster for your assigned provider, ensuring personalized care.
- Conduct individual consultations to align treatment options with patient needs.
- Facilitate healing through education and support focused on TMS and Ketamine.
