Job Title: Marketing Manager - Paid Search Campaigns

Aquent Talent is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of paid search campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and strategic mindset, with excellent copywriting skills to create compelling ad copy that drives high engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns across multiple platforms to meet business objectives, with a focus on healthcare services and products.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to ensure optimal campaign performance, particularly within the healthcare marketing space.
  • Write, edit, and optimize healthcare-focused ad copy that is creative, engaging, and aligned with the brand voice, driving higher click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements in the healthcare vertical.
  • A/B test ad copy variations to enhance performance and improve Quality Scores, particularly for healthcare-related terms.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to adjust strategies as needed, especially within the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure landing page alignment with healthcare ad copy for seamless user experiences.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in copywriting, Google Ads, paid search, and A/B testing.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and automation of performance tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Conversion rate optimization and data analysis experience.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.87 to $44.30 an hour, based on education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
