Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Construction Technician to join our team in South Windsor, CT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and constructing vital stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the Northeast states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and construct stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins

Requirements

  • GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 4 years of construction experience
  • Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required 85% of the time
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Proficient in the operation of construction equipment, power tools, and concrete hand tools
  • Basic understanding of plans and specs
  • Knowledge of stormwater & sediment and erosion control
  • Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping and detention/retention basins is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety practices
