About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Sales Training & Development Manager to join our team at Publishing.com. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that equip our sales team with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel.

Your primary focus will be on building a robust onboarding and training infrastructure for our sales team. This includes developing interactive training materials, conducting engaging sessions, and continuously optimizing training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

With your expertise in high-ticket sales training and management, you will play a vital role in driving our sales team's success by providing coaching and support to our sales reps. You will also work closely with our sales operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our training aligns with company goals, campaigns, and product updates.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our sales team, focusing on high-ticket remote offers and sales fundamentals.
  • Create a library of training materials, including sales scripts, objection-handling guides, role-playing exercises, playbooks, sales best practices, personal and professional development, and more.
  • Curate a library of our team's best sales calls to utilize in training and development.
  • Conduct interactive, live training sessions over Zoom in group and 1:1 meetings.
  • Monitor rep performance post-training, providing ongoing coaching and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and leads to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure all sales reps have a deep understanding of our products and customer pain points.
Salary Range

$180,000 - $220,000 USD Annually
