Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and review job tickets and service reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Input data into accounting software for billing purposes, including coding based on equipment and division.
  • Generate bills for customers on a daily basis and mail bills and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Report billing and ticket/report issues to supervisors immediately for prompt resolution.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any problematic matters.
  • Reconcile accounts to correct billing discrepancies.
  • Review tickets with dispatch and customers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contact customers for account receivable soft calls to ensure timely approval of invoices.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience generating customer invoices in the equipment rental industry.
  • Previous experience in the equipment rental industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment rental is highly preferred.
  • Some experience making account receivable soft calls to customers is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Very detail-oriented and thorough.
  • High school diploma required; some college education is helpful.
