Job Summary:

TCAT-Hartsville is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach HVAC/R courses at our Wilson County Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HVAC/R industry and excellent instructional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality instructional content for HVAC/R courses
  • Assist with the coordination and evaluation of the HVAC/R program
  • Maintain good public relations with business and industry partners
  • Participate in an active advisory committee and cooperate with outside agencies

Requirements:

  • High School or GED
  • Associate Degree and teaching experience preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years in residential and/or commercial HVAC/R field
  • Evidence of proficiency in oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the general public

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
