Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supervising teams who handle complex client requests, reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interpreting information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise one or more teams who complete technical and complex client requests
  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interpret information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Ensure all responsibilities are completed by assigned team in compliance with line of business standards as well as internal policies and procedures
  • Participate on the development and implementation of new processes
  • Monitor staff performance and the volume and distribution of work
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university/college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • 2 years of previous managerial experience in an operations or production environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
