About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Network Planning Analyst to join our team at Chick-fil-A Supply. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our North American store delivery network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a dynamic route optimization model using the Blue Yonder Transportation Management System suite of tools.
  • Establish a leading role in the implementation of Chick-fil-A's North American store delivery network.
  • Collaborate with Transportation Operations at multiple distribution centers to track KPIs, measure performance, and identify root cause when performance measures fall short.
  • Continually modernize, customize, and improve reports and analytical tools used to design CFA Supply's delivery network.
  • Work with CFA Inc. and CFA Supply to update volume forecasts and identify corresponding impacts on operations.
  • Apply creativity to unconventional concepts and out-of-the-box solutions to drive insight across our network, identify efficient resource allocation, and help craft the future of transportation and delivery for a thirty-billion dollar company.
Requirements
  • A proven ability to creatively solve problems while committing to the highest standards of quality.
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience as an influencer at executive level.
  • Creative quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets using analytical techniques.
  • Knowledge of operations research and forecasting techniques preferred.
  • Experience in or knowledge of supply chain planning and design, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical skills.
