Senior SAP FICO Analyst Job Description

LaSalle Network is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Analyst to join our team. As a Senior SAP FICO Analyst, you will play a critical role in partnering with business process owners and technology groups to leverage SAP capabilities and drive process standardization, efficiency, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional and Technical Expertise: Provide expertise to analyze, plan, and design SAP solutions.
  • Business Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders to identify and define high-level business requirements.
  • SAP Solution Delivery: Collaborate with lead functional consultants to drive and deliver SAP solutions.
  • Functional Requirements: Partner with business process owners to elicit and document functional requirements.
  • Foundational Artifacts: Partner with business process owners and other technology groups to create foundational artifacts (testing scripts, process documentation, training, etc.).
  • AMS Collaboration: Collaborate with AMS service providers to ensure best practices are used to configure and develop SAP solutions.
  • Testing and Incident Resolution: Support business teams in all testing activities and engage in incident resolution and data recovery.
  • Data Migration: Work with business process owners to support data migration as required in project execution.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Participate in Incident Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Assist business teams with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new SAP systems and modules.
  • SLAs and KPIs: Manage SLAs and KPIs with AMS.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the overall escalation point for all Tier 1 applications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, or related technology field.
  • SAP FICO Certification: SAP FICO certification preferred.
  • Current FICO Experience: Must have strong current FICO experience.
  • Project Work and Support: 5+ years in leading SAP ECC FICO project work and support; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in process manufacturing and chemical industry.
  • Treasury Management: Experience with Treasury Management, Cash Management, and Financial Consolidation is a plus.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Proven track record of success in collaborating in full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Broad exposure to SAP solutions implemented in diverse business functions required.
  • Migration Experience: Desired previous experience in migration to SAP S/4HANA migration (brownfield or greenfield).
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional influencing and written communication skills.
  • Managed Service Environment: Previous experience in a managed service environment a plus.
