We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and develop a comprehensive creative strategy. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, defining creative vision, and overseeing the execution of storytelling across all marketing channels.

Beacon Wellness Brands is a high-growth intimate wellness, beauty and personal care company headquartered in Newton, MA. We have a strong presence in the market, with distribution at nearly all major food, drug, and mass retailers, and a growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves collaborating with marketing leadership, business leads, and internal stakeholders to define creative strategy and align on final output with desired KPIs. You will also lead a creative team to conceptualize, produce, and deliver compelling content that delivers on brand purpose. The role involves setting the creative tone and brand design standards, attracting talent and agency partners, and driving packaging design and production across multiple brands.

Requirements:

This role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods space, with a strong understanding of digital and physical environments. A bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or journalism is required. You must have in-depth knowledge of brand development, omnichannel marketing models, and translating business objectives.
