About the Role

The Senior Creative Strategist will lead the development of creative marketing initiatives that drive business growth and brand awareness for Beacon Wellness Brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote collaboration between cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Lead a team of graphic designers and serve as a key point of contact with external agencies and production partners.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing with a focus on creative strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, or communications.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand development and omnichannel marketing models.
  • Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years' experience managing creative teams.
