As a Part-Time Sales Manager at Carter's, Inc., you will be the face of our brand, welcoming customers and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving results through effective leadership and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Lead and execute business focus areas through planning and follow-through
- Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, driving results and responding to customer concerns
- Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity and implement actions to drive results
- Build customer loyalty through Company-sponsored programs
