We are in search of a dynamic and imaginative marketing professional to spearhead our acquisition and retention marketing initiatives aimed at the buyer segment of our marketplace.

The selected candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, crafting compelling messaging, and executing marketing campaigns directed at supply chain and engineering executives, guiding them towards our extensive network of North American suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the buyer demographic.
  • Formulate brand messaging that resonates with the buyer audience.
  • Identify and implement marketing channels and campaigns that surpass our growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, as well as product, sales, and other departments to generate and execute innovative ideas.
  • Oversee budget management.
  • Conceive and develop groundbreaking marketing concepts.
  • Establish a robust email marketing program for buyers.
  • Contribute significantly to the overall Xometry/Thomas marketing team.
Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on account-based or B2B marketing.
  • Experience in a B2B marketplace environment is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, including messaging and campaign execution with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about how our platform is driving the industries of today and tomorrow.
