Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Assessment and Skills Solutions, LLC.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in implementing behavior analysis plans, collecting data, and conducting preference assessments. Your expertise will also involve interacting with families, professionals, and community members.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

About the Role

Responsibilities include following treatment and behavior plans, collecting data, entering session notes daily, carrying out discrete trial instructions, and conducting natural environment teaching. You will report directly to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) overseeing the case.

You may also participate in social skills groups and community outings as required.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • RBT certification or willingness to pursue and complete RBT training within 90 days of hire
  • CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of car insurance
  • Current criminal background check
