Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date.
- All other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
This position requires working in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment. You will be exposed to infectious diseases and x-rays. The working hours are varied, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. CHRISTUS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
