Level 1 - Deskside Assistance
Delivering technical support to both on-site personnel and remote employees. This role encompasses assistance for a range of users, from field technicians to senior executives.

Hardware Responsibilities:

  • Support for Windows-based devices (Laptops and Desktops)
  • Assistance with iOS devices (iPads and iPhones)
  • Standard printer and scanner troubleshooting
  • Setup and maintenance of computer workstations (including monitors and peripherals)
  • Facilitating IT equipment relocations as necessary
  • Domain account assistance (initial logins, password resets, MFA support)
  • Support for NDT and Advanced NDT Services software and hardware (industry-specific tools)

Software Responsibilities:

  • Installation and support for Windows operating systems
  • Support for Apple iOS
  • Assistance with standard productivity applications: Office Suite, PDF editing, photo editing
  • Support for NDT and Advanced NDT Services software (industry applications)
  • Support for proprietary business applications developed in-house.

Additional Responsibilities:
