We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Traveler to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have current LPN licensure and certification, as well as experience working in a clinical setting. As a Traveling LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
  • Monitor patient health, recording vital signs and identifying potential issues for timely interventions.
  • Assist in patient education, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Travel to various facilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license and certification.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse healthcare environments, prioritizing patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive health benefits, opportunities for professional growth and training, and a supportive team atmosphere.
