Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at Playa Largo Resort & Spa. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
* Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
* Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field
* Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
* ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus
* Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations
* Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
