Position Overview:
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Facilities & EHS in a dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Company:
Our client is a leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of modular power components and comprehensive power systems utilizing patented technologies. They cater to diverse sectors such as enterprise computing, industrial automation, telecommunications, transportation, and aerospace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
- Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and policies to comply with OSHA and other relevant standards.
- Manage hazard communication, personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, electrical safety, confined space entry, and fire protection compliance.
- Coordinate accident prevention initiatives, conduct incident investigations, and recommend corrective measures.
- Monitor safety regulation compliance, provide guidance to management, and oversee inspections and reporting processes.
- Administer health and safety training for employees and contractors.
- Analyze and mitigate health and safety risks associated with operations.
- Stay informed on regulatory updates and adjust standard operating procedures accordingly.
- Assist in emergency response planning and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety or a related discipline is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or safety is advantageous.
- Familiarity with OSHA, state regulations, and NFPA standards.
- Strong communication and training abilities.
- Capacity to independently resolve technical challenges.
- Experience with multi-shift operations and emergency management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
