Job Summary

Clover Sonoma is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team in our dairy processing and distribution plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing and packaging fluid milk products, operating bottling and processing equipment, and maintaining safe food handling and processing standards.

Responsibilities
  • Process and package fluid milk products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate all necessary bottling and processing equipment, including machinery and forklifts
  • Maintain sanitary conditions for machinery and equipment, adhering to State and Federal regulations and company policy
  • Recognize mechanical irregularities related to production and packaging equipment and report to management
  • Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Execute all job duties in accordance with Clover's rigorous Food Safety and Quality programs and policies
Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to follow directions and stay on task, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, including bending and twisting
  • Experience with warehouse or food processing, with a preference for experience in a dairy processing plant
Working Conditions
  • Work partly outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions
  • Work around various detergents and sanitizing solutions, with temperatures ranging from 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 160 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Lifting boxes ranging from 40 to 50 lbs, and moving pallets ranging from 500 lbs to 2,500 lbs with a pallet jack
