Production & Shipping Associate Role at McEvoy Ranch

This is a seasonal position at McEvoy Ranch, a renowned olive oil producer. The Production & Shipping Associate will work in a team environment to pick, pack, label, and palletize orders for ecommerce, Amazon, wholesale customers, and internal transfers. Key responsibilities include assembling Gift Sets for shipping, receiving shipments, and verifying counts. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Fishbowl Inventory Management Software, and FedEx shipping software. Strong production orientation and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities are essential. Occasional local travel may be required. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. The pay range is $20 to $22 per hour. This is a temporary, full-time position with a duration of two to three months. The Company reserves the right to change this job description and/or assign tasks as deemed appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pick, pack, label, and palletize orders for ecommerce, Amazon, wholesale customers, and internal transfers

* Assemble Gift Sets for shipping

* Receive shipments and verify counts

* Label products to company specifications

* Use FedEx and Fishbowl software to print sales orders and transfer requests

* Pack items carefully and with high standards for shipping

* Print labels from FedEx software for application on packages

* Use scan gun process for picking and packing internal transfers to move inventory to other locations

* Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives for continuous quality improvement

Requirements:

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

* Experience with Fishbowl Inventory Management Software or similar software

* Familiarity with FedEx shipping software

* Production oriented, with extremely high standards

* Ability to quickly shift priorities and tasks seamlessly in a changing work environment

* Ability to drive a forklift (bonus)

* Works mostly in an office environment, manufacturing, and warehouse environments

* Occasional local travel

Pay Range:

$20 to $22 per hour
