As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that designs and implements electrical power systems for large industrial facilities.

We are seeking a talented Licensed Electrical Engineer who thrives on designing complex electrical power distribution systems and is knowledgeable of 480V 3-phase power system equipment, configurations, and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design robust power distribution systems tailored to the specific needs of large, unique, and complex industrial and manufacturing facilities.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary projects, offering electrical engineering expertise to forge comprehensive solutions.
  • Directly collaborate with clients to align our electrical solutions with their objectives.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code to craft designs that meet the utmost safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage and review non-prototypical electrical engineering designs for large, complex, and unique industrial or manufacturing facilities.

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineering License (PE)
  • Years of Relevant Experience with design for manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution facilities, water/wastewater/storm water treatment plants, large central utility plants, large ports/intermodal facilities, or very large campus-style plants.
  • Experience acting as Engineering of Record (EOR)
  • Strong working knowledge of the NEC
  • Knowledgeable in 480V 3-phase power system equipment, configurations, and applications
  • Ability to calculate and apply Short Circuit Current to equipment ratings, ability to calculate and adjust feeders for Voltage Drop, ability to analyze utility demand readings, practical understanding of time-current curves and application to coordination settings.
