This role demands a dedicated individual who is committed to building professional relationships and achieving success in a challenging environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Reside in or near the Greater Madison area.
  • Ability to accommodate at least 2 dogs at your home for 14-day training sessions.
  • Possess reliable transportation.
  • Have a smartphone for communication and training purposes.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Complete a 21-day certification program at our training facility.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Train and manage dogs of various breeds and ages, from puppies to adults.
  • Address behavioral issues ranging from anxiety to aggression.
  • Engage with clients and the public in a professional manner.
  • Travel to various appointments within the Greater Madison area.
  • Participate in ongoing education to enhance training skills for both dogs and their owners.
  • Attend promotional events as needed.
  • Maintain self-motivation and drive.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
  • A genuine passion for dogs and their training.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to create training videos.
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours on weekdays and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Successful candidates can expect to earn between $50,000 and $70,000 annually (or more), with the opportunity to work from home, enjoy significant flexibility, and engage in a career they love.
