Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of Behavioral Health and Recovery specialists at UW Health Clinics. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing assessment and treatment for patients and families with substance and behavioral concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support ambulatory Esketamine (nasal) treatments in the clinic, including medication preparation, monitoring, and taking vitals under the supervision of an RN and attending physician.
  • Work on patient documentation and charting, as well as my chart encounters.
  • Support other clinical staff as needed.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.

Requirements:
  • Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent, Certificate from an accredited Practical Nurse Program.
  • Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN.
  • Minimum - Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure, CPR/BLS certification.
