  • Maintain CSI at or above Company standards, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in required training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members. You should also have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
