Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Smarter Health Primary Care and Weight Management Clinic in Laurel, MD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with inquiries
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-payments accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required)
  • Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
