Land Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Analyst to join our team at Metric Geo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis and preparing land proformas to guide major decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the numbers by performing financial analysis and preparing land proformas.
- Be the connector by coordinating with sales, marketing, contractors, and government authorities to keep projects on track.
- Manage schedules, budgets, cash flows, and financial reports like a pro.
- Process vendor payments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Secure approvals by working with authorities to draft plans, zoning, and site approvals.
- Support development by teaming up with consultants and officials to meet key milestones.
- Assist Project Managers by helping with civil, landscaping, and utility approvals for seamless engineering processes.
- Jump into acquisitions by coordinating with builders and contractors to bring projects from concept to completion.
Requirements:
- Degree in hand with a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Excel whiz with proficiency in Excel, plus skilled with PowerPoint and Outlook.
- On the move with a valid driver's license and ready to travel to construction sites and consultant offices as needed.
