What You’ll Do:

  • Master the numbers – Perform financial analysis and prepare land proformas to guide major decisions.
  • Be the connector – Coordinate with sales, marketing, contractors, and government authorities to keep projects on track.
  • Keep projects on track – Manage schedules, budgets, cash flows, and financial reports like a pro.
  • Stay on top of invoices – Process vendor payments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Secure approvals – Work with authorities to draft plans, zoning, and site approvals.
  • Support development – Team up with consultants and officials to meet key milestones.
  • Assist Project Managers – Help with civil, landscaping, and utility approvals for seamless engineering processes.
  • Jump into acquisitions – Coordinate with builders and contractors to bring projects from concept to completion.


Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in hand – Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Excel whiz – Proficient in Excel, plus skilled with PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • On the move – Valid driver’s license and ready to travel to construction sites and consultant offices as needed.
