Staff Pharmacist Career Opportunities

CVS Health is a leader in the healthcare industry, dedicated to transforming healthcare for a rapidly changing world. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Leading with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivating, inspiring, and developing your Pharmacy Support Staff.
- Identifying critical business opportunities and contributing to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.
To be successful in this role, you must have an active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed, not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List, have Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA), and not have pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $66,600 - $79,300 per year, based on national averages and assuming a 40-hour workweek. This pay range represents the base annual salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay listed above.
