Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (Beauty DNVB)

Job Summary:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the company's overall marketing strategy and execution, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the CMO will develop and implement innovative digital marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence, establish a strong brand identity, and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, drives customer acquisition, and fosters customer loyalty.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing Initiatives: Manage and optimize all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Manage the eCommerce Platform: Collaborate with the product development team to create and launch new products, ensuring effective communication of the brand's unique selling points.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and measure their impact on business objectives.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Align Marketing Strategies with Business Goals: Work closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong background in digital marketing, eCommerce, and online customer acquisition strategies. Proven success in growing a DNVB through innovative marketing campaigns and brand development. Experience with managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
