Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Team Lead to join our team at Pic the Gift. As a Seasonal Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the efforts of departmental employees, ensuring the timely production of hot items, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the efforts of departmental employees to ensure the timely production of hot items.
  • Monitor dashboards to proactively identify hot items and ensure accurate paperwork.
  • Collaborate with Department Supervisors and teams to ensure smooth communication and planning.
  • Provide back-up support for teams as needed and work collaboratively with other department leaders.
  • Recommend team or process changes to meet company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or transferable experience and college coursework preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a production/warehouse team lead.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • SAP experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Additional Information:

  • Location: 100 Mall Parkway Suite 210 Wentzville, MO 63385.
  • Hours for the shift are 7:00a - 3:30p, Overtime is based on needs for the facility 7:00a - 4:30p.
  • Pay range: $18-20 per hour.
