Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Marriott, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include processing guest check-ins, handling payments, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
Handle all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
Process check-outs, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
Answer and respond to guest calls, messages, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local area.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
