Acute Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care RN to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Texas Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS
- Within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate
- NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
