Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Represent the company by learning to serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at client locations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with supervising Field Technician and clients to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
  • Technical Skills: Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • Safety and Security: Continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Display team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Technical Skills: Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers (i.e., smartphones, iPads).
  • Work Environment: This position requires working in diverse project types, including industrial environments.
  • Background Check: Thorough background and drug screening will be required for each applicant.
