Reports To: Director of Sales – North America

Job Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to enhance our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for sales, excellent relational and organizational capabilities, along with relevant sales experience. As a vital contributor to our organization, you will be tasked with supporting sales initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue with designated, targeted, and developing accounts. Your role will also involve conducting market research and implementing sales strategies while delivering product knowledge to clients within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to meet sales and profit objectives by engaging and motivating all sales channels, including OEMs, electrical distributors, resellers, service providers, and end users within the designated region.
  • Deliver ongoing training and development to customers to ensure effective management and maintenance of sales and profits.
  • Achieve targeted sales quotas and productivity benchmarks.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients on a daily basis.
  • Support and implement marketing and sales plans to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team and Marketing to create relevant marketing content and strategies while providing customer insights for market research.
  • Identify, prioritize, and target new customers in the region.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, ideally within the manufacturing or technology sectors.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content. Technical writing experience is a plus.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact collaboratively with customers and colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make sales-driven market decisions.
  • High attention to detail and robust organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety products and the electrical safety industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to consult with both internal and external customers.
  • Flexibility and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
