About the Position:

We seek an experienced RN to provide top-notch patient care across diverse units within our organization. As a Float RN, you will be involved in mentoring patient groups, supervising Mental Health Workers, and educating patients and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Implement the nursing process to identify patient needs and design tailored care plans.
  2. Employ crisis intervention and de-escalation methods to manage patient behaviors contributing to crisis situations.
  3. Deliver medications with precision and safety, adhering to hospital and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Engage in leadership roles, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding patient care.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a reputable School of Nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to apply the nursing process and work harmoniously with multidisciplinary teams.
