Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and specimen collection
  • Work collaboratively with other laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective specimen collection and processing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency required
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
