Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to guests, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including polishing glassware and restocking supplies.
  • Assist bartenders with drink preparation, including mixing cocktails and operating the cash register.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and drink offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 6 months prior experience in a bartending or bar service role.
  • At least 1 year previous experience in a money handling position.
  • Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
  • Pleasing personality and ability to communicate with customers.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of wine and champagne service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and bend, pull, and carry bar stock.
  • Ability to use hand motion when preparing and pouring drinks.
  • Ability to accurately ring up orders in the POS system.

  • Varies.
