About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Account Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our facility services and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) to ensure they meet client priorities and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Review and Ensure Quality Assurance of all facility services to retain existing business and attract new clients.
  • Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily to address any issues that require immediate attention.
  • Manage IC Work Assignments to ensure they meet client standards and company guidelines.
  • Manage Inspections, Customer Complaints, and Requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Execute Operational Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with client policies and company guidelines.
  • Ensure Compliance with Client Policies and Procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two to three years of prior experience in management with a focus on coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to innovate and strive for continuous process improvement.
  • MS Office and Internet skills required.
