Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store operations
  • Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to align store goals with company objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the bridal industry
  • 1+ year of sales experience and 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation and a strong understanding of store operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high school degree
What We Offer
  • Annual salary + individual and store bonus = an average of $70,000 per year
