Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Trainee to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for training and developing the skills necessary to successfully manage a store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train store personnel to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
  • Develop and implement operational action plans to drive sales growth and improve store efficiency.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to communicate company goals and expectations.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods.
