Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Execute daily restaurant operations, following standard procedures and protocols to maintain high-quality food and service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver excellent guest service and food quality, adhering to brand standards and procedures.
  • Guest Focus: Ensure a positive guest experience by responding to questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new employees and ensure operations are executed per company standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor costs, adherence to budget, and restaurant goals, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
  • Skills: Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills required; ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension helpful.
Competencies:
  • Organization: Demonstrates customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, functional/technical skills, and learning on the fly.
  • Position: Exhibits listening, problem-solving, and time management skills.
