  • Provide technical support across various departments.
  • Oversee the creation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed on advancements in technology relevant to manufacturing automation and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate and propose new technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development of frameworks for Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Ensure successful project management and timely completion of initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to maximize their potential.
  • Oversee engineering projects, including evaluation, justification, financial analysis, and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and compliance for all engineering projects.
  • Provide technical support and prepare management reports as necessary.
  • Review and approve validation documents and ensure the proper operation of manufacturing systems.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Systems Engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in automated control systems within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
