Job Overview

World Insurance Associates, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to deliver excellence in client management and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing exceptional service, advocacy, and communication.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Three years minimum Commercial Account Management experience required.
  • Property & Casualty License required.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance, required.
  • Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred.
  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen and problem-solve with minimal assistance.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Compensation

This position is located in New York. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $80,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
