Risk Mitigation Strategy

The initiative's Risk Mitigation Strategy adheres to PartnersGlobal's Do No Harm (DNH) principles, emphasizing conflict sensitivity and trauma-informed approaches. This strategy is aligned with established risk management frameworks and addresses a variety of potential risks:

  • Programmatic Risks: Continuous context and conflict analyses are employed to adapt risk mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Financial Risks: Strict financial management practices and a comprehensive Grants Manual are in place to ensure accountability.
  • Reputational Risks: A Strategic Communications Plan will be developed to promote transparency and mitigate misunderstandings.
  • Security Risks: Security Guidelines will be established, complemented by training and emergency assistance for partners.
  • Physical Risks: Coaching on physical security strategies will be provided, along with emergency assistance for imminent threats.

Budget Submission

The budget should be submitted in MS Excel format, including a summary and detailed breakdown of all costs associated with the security audit. Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to standard rates.

Scope of Work

Objective: The primary goal is to conduct a comprehensive safety and security audit and develop a security management framework, along with a project security risk assessment and protocol development.

Methodology: The consultant will review current operational practices and support the implementation of necessary improvements within the risk management framework, including incident response measures and duty of care integration.

Consultant Qualifications
