Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial engineering capacity, ideally within the automotive manufacturing field.
- Proficiency in MODAPS (Methods-Time Measurement) is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on process enhancement.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Competence in utilizing industrial engineering tools and software.
