  • Lean Principles Application: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eradicate waste and enhance processes, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead and engage in initiatives focused on process enhancement, equipment deployment, and the introduction of new products.
  • Team Training & Support: Deliver training and guidance to production teams on MODAPS and various process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial engineering capacity, ideally within the automotive manufacturing field.
  • Proficiency in MODAPS (Methods-Time Measurement) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on process enhancement.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Competence in utilizing industrial engineering tools and software.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-paced manufacturing setting.
