Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our client in the Kansas City Metro. As an analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of products.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to work collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
  • Assist in forecasting and inventory planning to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues, mitigate disruptions, and maintain strong communication.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on supply chain performance, including recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
