The Role

We're seeking a Community Outreach Leader to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with community organizations, educating community members about their healthcare options, and guiding local residents to becoming Hopscotch patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Building: Prospecting, engaging, and building relationships with community organizations, fostering a sense of community in Hopscotch clinics, planning, executing, and attending Hopscotch events, and attending community events and engaging with prospective patients and/or partners.
  • Sales: Thinking strategically to develop local relationships and partnerships, developing, implementing, and executing an effective sales strategy to achieve patient acquisition targets, generating leads by prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships throughout the community, performing outreach via email, phone, and networking to foster prospective patients, collaborating with marketing efforts to maximize effectiveness of outreach activities, developing sales plans and forecasts over various time horizons, and measuring and reporting out progress to those plans.
  • Relationship Management: Following up with new patients to collect feedback and ensure their needs are being met, tracking full-cycle outreach activities into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant business applications, collecting and documenting feedback from prospects and patients and adapting outreach to address challenges, developing a portfolio of collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships with community and business partners, creating plans and managing plans to grow partnerships, measuring and reporting out on key sales and account metrics and performance to plan.
About You

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in healthcare is not required, but a basic knowledge of healthcare and an appetite for learning more is essential. If you're a self-starter who is resourceful and doesn't need a lot of direction to succeed, and you're passionate about helping patients navigate their insurance eligibility and benefits, we'd love to hear from you.
